Madrasah

The Madrasah has children and adult classes that start by 9:00 a.m. and close by 1:00 p.m. every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Basic Islamic Education (BIE)- (For Children - Beginners and Advanced Levels), Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Executive Islamic Courses (EIC) {For Adults -Beginners and Advanced Levels}, Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- DIPLOMA (For Adults -Beginners and Advanced Levels), Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The children section has Pre-basic and Basic classes.
Pre-basic classes are for children who are between 2 and 3 years old. They cover a period of one academic session (one year of two semesters).
Basic classes are for children who are above 3 years old. They cover a period of five (5) years. At this stage, students should be able to read, write and understand the messages of the Holy Qur’an. They should have memorised a large portion of the Qur’anand Hadeeth, and understand Islamic jurisprudence on acts of worship with excellent manners in relating with others.
Assessments are done during and at the end of each semester while reports are issued at the end of each academic session.

ACTIVITIES
Below are the lists of the different activities in the madrasah.
- Workshop: This holds every fortnight where students and teachers interact, students ask questions while the teachers answer them.
- Salāt: We embed the observation of Salat-uz-Zuhr in our weekend activities for the students.
- Tadhkirah: It is an avenue for those in adult classes to increase their understanding of Islam.
- End of Session Events: This is where the Madrasah marks the end of session with lots of academic events that are beneficial to the students.
- Waleemah Celebration: This is held for those who will graduate to higher levels among the adults and the children.
Programmes
Executive Islamic Course (EIC)
This program is designed for adults and runs during weekends. The program delivers all the modules offered at the madrasah and runs over 4 years; at the end of which successful students receive a diploma in Islamic Studies.
Students can be beginners or advanced. Students are profiled and assigned to levels (year) based on their proficiency tested before admission.
EIC classes hold on Saturdays and Sundays between 9am to 1pm
Basic Islamic Education (BIE)
This program is designed for children. It caters to beginners as well as advanced students. The program delivers all the modules offered at the madrasah.

Intensive Arabic Course
This program is designed to teach Arabic as a language.
Intensive Arabic Course classes hold on Saturdays and Sundays between 9am to 1pm.

This program caters only to women. The program delivers all the modules offered at the madrasah.
Women Madrasah classes hold Mondays through Thursday 10am to 1pm.
Rules and Requirements
Students are required to attend and participate in all classes and examinations.
Fees
Students are required to pay a sessional fee depending on their programs.
