President Bola Tinubu was present at the last jumat service of 2025 held at Lekki Central Mosque on Friday.
The president was received by Dr. Abdulganiy Olusola Labinjo, LEMU president and some board of trustees (BoT) members.
Tinubu was accompanied by Obafemi Hamzat, deputy governor of Lagos state; Nuhu Ribadu, national security adviser (NSA) and Femi Gbajabiamila, chief of staff to the president.
The khutbah (sermon) and congregational prayer were led by Sheikh (Dr.) Munirudeen Salaudeen Ar-Riyadhy, who represented the Chief Imam of Lekki Central Mosque, Dr. Ridwan Jamiu, who is on lesser hajj(Umrah) in Saudi Arabia.
